Elvia Strinden was born in Mexico City, raised by a single mother and is the youngest of four. She is now a mother of 2. Elvia learned exceptional work ethics from her mother and strives for excellence every day. She has been working in the hair industry for over 14 years and enjoys the opportunity to apply her knowledge and education to provide a pleasant and professional experience. Her goal with every client is to make sure they receive the results envisioned and ensuring they are pleased with the finished product. Her passion for the business and clients has given her the determination to continue to learn and perfect her talent.

I am happy to be a part of Concepts Salon after working in large salons from Maryland to Washington state for 39 years and in Skagit County for the last 21 years.
I especially like meeting new clients and hearing their stories. I provide a calm yet engaging experience for haircuts, perms and color services. I have always enjoyed working with a more mature clientele.

Stacy Vincent
Stacy is a pacific northwest girl who has been working as a stylist for over two decades. She was born in California and moved to Washington when she was still little. With lots of siblings, Stacy grew up with lots of style influences. Loving rockstars, movie stars and everyone who has a unique style. Stacy loves to bring out what makes people not only standout but be comfortable in their own skin. She has a large clientele with a broad range of lifestyles.

Stacy is a big fan of music, humor and isn't afraid of being different.
Stacy has been at Concepts for eight years and with her large clientele it is hard to get in to see Stacy and she often doesn't have room for new clients. Books can be full for weeks or months sometimes.
